Website Fees

Groupiehead will create a small, search engine optimized website for your business that is consistent with the Organize Senior Moves brand. There is a one-time cost of $500 to set up the website and a $270 yearly website hosting fee. This $270 hosting fee includes free minor updates to the website such as text and picture changes/additions. This also includes search engine optimization for your website in your local area.

Mobile website option: You website will be “mobile-friendly” but you will not have a specific mobile website. If you would like an additional mobile specific website, the cost will be $350.

You will also need to purchase a unique website domain name for your area, such as:

When purchasing the domain name, you do not need to purchase any other services. Only the domain name registration is needed. Once purchased, set your Name Servers to: ns1.groupiehead.com and ns2.groupiehead.com
You can also email your registration username and password to and we can set your name servers for you.

If you would prefer that Groupiehead deal with the purchase of the domain name for you ($25/year), and all the technical details, please email .

A downpayment of $300 is required to begin the website.

1) Your full name and contact email and phone number (so Groupiehead can contact you).

2) Credit Card info for website downpayment

3) Your Franchise business name and all contact information you will want on your website.

4) Bios and photos of all your team members. Bios can be in WORD format or pasted into an email.

5) Also please email any website content that can be used for the NEWS, RESOURCES, and TESTIMONIALS pages. If you don’t have this content now, the page will be set up as “Coming Soon” and you can send that information to Groupiehead at any time.

Setting Up Email

Your email accounts will be set up for you at no additional charge. All email accounts will follow the same format and match your website:

Setting Up Social Media

Social Media can be extremely helpful for many reasons. Please set up a Facebook Business Page, a Google+ Business Page, a LinkedIn Company Page. Additional pages are recommended for Twitter and YouTube (when you have videos available).

After pages are set up, please email the URLs of those pages to so they can be linked on your website.

If you would like help setting up these pages, please contact Mark Rose at Groupiehead. The set-up fee for Social Media Pages is $225 (other options are available).

Posting to social media on a regular basis (every few days) can increase your exposure and improve your website’s search engine rank (when appropriate posts are made).
