ELIDA KINDERGARTEN PROMISE

Providing the best education for our students is the number one priority of the Elida Kindergarten. We will teach them, care for them, and guide them to success. In fact, they are so important

that each faculty member has made you a promise, signed it and displayed it for all to see as a reminder of our student’s

importance – and our commitment to them.

The “PROMISE” is hanging in our hallway and if, for any reason, you believe we have broken our promise, please remind us immediately. After all, a promise is a promise and we keep ours!

The information that you provide is very important to our school nurse, your student’s teacher, and the administration. Please do the following: 1.) Complete both sides of this form 2.) If you student needs medication at school, be sure to have a medication form completed by you and your health care provider. This includes over-the-counter medications also. 3.)
