Dear Community Relations Manager,

(always find out the name of the appropriate contact and address accordingly)

The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA)’s Team Challenge Program will be hosting its next race at the Las Vegas Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon on November 17th. Through this program, participants raise funds in order to support patient services, education programs, and fund research into the cause of, and cures for, these digestive diseases throughout the United States.

You can help us! Please consider supporting the Team Challenge program by donating a bottle of wine or gift certificate from your winery. Your generous donation will directly benefit patients who suffer from these debilitating diseases. In the process, we will also be raising awareness about Crohn’s and colitis and our actions to find a cure for the 14,000 patients in our community.

CCFA is a highly ranked non-profit organization. Over 75 cents of each dollar raised goes directly to research, education, and patient support. We have provided more than $200 million for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis research and have funded more than 1,100 research grants.

We also have Sponsor benefits for organizations that contribute $500 or more in monetary donations. Reach out to me for more information.

Thanks again for your support and we look forward to building our partnership in 2014.

Sincerely,

Jane Doe

Team Challenge Participant and Volunteer
