WARNING
The Florida Elections Commission has determined that failure of the U.S. Postal Service or courier service to properly postmark an envelope of a campaign treasurer’s report to show proof of mailing, or timely deliver a campaign treasurer’s report, does not constitute unusual circumstances to waive a fine or late filing. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure a report is timely filed. You might wish to obtain a certificate of mailing when mailing a report or hand-deliver the campaign treasurer’s report to the filing officer by 4 p.m. of the due date, as proof of mailing for your campaign treasurer’s reports.
I, candidate for the office of WillistonCity Council acknowledge that I have received the information regarding Campaign Treasurers Reports Due. Signed Date
