1 / Welcome, introductions.
Report from Chair -
Peter thanked everyone for attending the meetings throughout the year. He stated that he felt more input from the GP's would be beneficial to the group.
Discussion took place on the function of the group and the direction / changes within the practice.
Peter announced he would not be standing again as chair but that he plans to remain a member of the group. John thanked Peter for his work and input on behalf of the other members of the group.

2 / Election of Officers - due to the small number of group members it was decided to not have a Vice Chair or Vice Secretary.
Chair - Bill Walters proposed by John Salter, seconded by Peter Bullock. Carried
Secretary - Jude Garner proposed by John Salter, seconded by Adrian Jones. Carried
3 / Minutes of previous meeting – 8 December 2015
• Carpets throughout the building have been cleaned
• Frequency of meetings - discussed and agreed to keep meetings monthly with a break in July & August
• Practice Nurse vacancy - interviewing candidate next week. Diane Cross off at the moment so a temp will be covering for 2 days this week
• Not received written Infection Control report following inspection held prior to last meeting
• The practice was not able to obtain further supplies of flu vaccines for adults or children therefore the campaign is complete for 2015.

Information leaflets in waiting room – BW raised the issue children using the leaflets as playthings. Discussion took place on how to resolve the issue and some ideas were put forward. / SP to f/up
