5. Walk through each applied component maintenance procedure.

Fans: inspection, lubrication and maintenance.

Motors: inspection and lubrication

Fan Isolators: inspection and adjustment

Coils: inspection, pressure drop, cleaning

Filters: inspection, pressure drop, changing procedures

Dampers: inspection, cleaning, lubrication

General: casing penetrations, doors, controls

Option 2: At Equipment

1. Review O& M manual.

6. Walk through each unit section in direction of air flow.

7. Describe components, performance and maintenance.
