Please join us for a fun filled morning to benefitagood cause – Taking It to the Streets. The first annual Grace Easter Egg 5K Run/Walk will be held Saturday, March 23, 2013 at6275 Camp Bullis Road, 78257.
On race day, there will be a variety of events to accommodate all ages. The race will be a 5K Run/Walk. After the race, there will be live music, an Easter egg hunt, Texas BBQ, games, and exhibits.
All proceeds from the race will benefit Taking it to the Streets, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving the homeless in our community. Taking it to the Streets “provides meals, clothing, support, and prayer to the homeless and less fortunate in the greater San Antonio and Boerne areas.” The main ministry is to provide dinner and community to the homeless people in San Antonio every Friday night of the year.
We believe your business would be an excellent match for this type of event because of your connection to and involvement with the community. It would be a great way for you to showcase your commitment to the health of the greater San Antonio area.
As a sponsor or donor, you would provide Taking it to the Streets with much needed funding while providing your business with positive publicity! Attached is a list of Sponsorship Levels and the benefits for each. We also welcome the opportunity to speak with you about other possibilities for supporting this event which will promote your business. In addition to sponsorships, we would appreciate gift donations for race prizes and promotional materials for race bags.
