Introduction

Write a couple of lines describing the project in general terms. (Note: Remove all of the instances of italicized instructions in the template when writing up the report.)

1.  Transformer secondary voltages
Full secondary: V13 = ______
between center-tap and one side: V12 = ______
between center-tap and the other side:: V23 = ______

2.  Peak rectifiers
By hand, make good diagrams of the two rectifier circuits. Be sure to include component values. The circuit diagrams can be attached at the end of the report.

/ DC voltage with voltmeer / Ripple, measured with oscilloscope / Ripple, as measured with voltmeter /
Positive supply
negative supply

Include oscilloscope waveforms showing the ripple on the positive and negative supplies.

/ DC voltage with voltmeter / Ripple, as measured with voltmeter /
positive supply
negative supply
/ DC voltage with voltmeter / Ripple, as measured with voltmeter /
positive supply
negative supply

3.  With the amplifier
By hand, make a good diagram of the complete circuit, including the transformer, rectifiers, and amplifier sections. Be sure to include component values. Attach the circuit diagram at the back of the report.
With the amplifier unloaded…
Include an oscilloscope trace showing the amplifier input and output waveforms together on one graph. Then fill out the table below with voltmeter measurements on the power supplies.
With the amplifier loaded with a 1-kΩ resistor…
Include an oscilloscope trace showing the amplifier input and output waveforms together on one graph. Then fill out the table below with voltmeter measurements on the power supplies.

4.  Conclusion
Write a short description summarizing the power supply design and the results from the various measurements.
