Mission: Edwardsville Township, one of the oldest townships in Illinois, is dedicated to providing outstanding service to its more than 36,000 residents. Our Township Assessor, Highway Commissioner, and Supervisor ensure the needs of our residents are met, roads and bridges are maintained, and property is assessed in an equitable and fair manner.

The Edwardsville Township provides numerous services to the community such as temporary financial assistance, rental assistance, utility assistance, and senior services. The Township, although we attempt to fulfill all of the community’s needs, is unable to solve all problems. This community resource directory was created in order to encompass those programs that are available to the community that the Township does not administer.

By creating the directory, the Edwardsville Township hopes that an answer to any problem may be solved by one of the organizations listed within the directory.

The services that are mentioned in the directory are available to be utilized for residents that are within Edwardsville School District #7.

The community resource directory will be updated frequently as services offered change. Please contact the Edwardsville Township if you have any resources that you feel should be added to the resource directory.
