Job

This role is for a native French speaking eDiscovery Specialist & Project Manager with minimum 5 year experience gained at an eDiscovery vendor or someone who has recently provided litigation support within a law firm, a big 4 or a large corporate.The ideal candidate will have had exposure to different technologies and the ability to understand and manage projects throughout the project EDRM lifecycle.

This role will involve interfacing with internal partners, senior stakeholders and external clients. The candidate will have an analytical approach, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform identification, collection and management of electronic data in support of engagements relating to eDiscovery, legal support, forensic investigations and computer forensics using forensic methodologies (Encase, FTK, etc.).
  • Take charge of processing of data using standard processing tools (Nuix, Digital Reef, etc.).
  • Install and manage eD mobile solutions to allow processing and filtering of data on clients’ locations.
  • Filter data and prioritize the document review using review tools (Analytics/Relativity, etc.). The knowledge of TAR methodologies would be a plus.
  • Provide support to legal teams during the document review,monitor project workflow, assist with production tasks
  • Draft documentation for internal processes in line with best practice in evidence management
  • Assist the Finance team in the management of appropriate billing methods and ensuring accurate and timely reports on chargeable activity

PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • University/Master Degree in Computer Science or management Information Systems
  • A working knowledge of SQL and experience of programming database applications
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving abilities
  • Sound written and oral communication skills, able to build strong team and client relationship
  • Fluency in French and English
