BATTALIONFIFACOMPETITIONRULESAND FORMAT

Companies are asked to take three boys to represent their company. This will give us a total of 12 boys.
12 top teams will be picked prior to the event, all of a similar level, we will do a draw to decide what team each boy is on the day.
Each boy has no more than 30 seconds to alter the team management before a game.
Boys will be split into two groups of 6 players. Each boy will play each other once. The top four teams from each group will go through to the knockout stage.
The timing for games will be 4 minutes a half with the expectation being 10 minutes a game. No extra time or penalties after the standard 90 minutes will be played in the group stages.
To try to ensure there is no benefit to boys who have either type of console the fixtures will be split over both consoles for both groups. These will be made before the date of the competition.
I have a spreadsheet that will calculate all the points for the group stage we will just need the results of each match entered.
To be fair boys will play with the controllers provided so that everyone is using the same equipment.
Any boys being disrespectful, rude or damaging equipment will be disqualified with the decision being made as a group made up by an Officer or leader from each company. If any equipment is damaged then we will need to discuss how this can be replaced.
All boys are asked to stay and watch the final match.
