AIMOF THE COURSE:
1. The mainaimofthiscourseis toequip thestudentswithnecessaryinformation to make managerial and accountingdecisionsin hotel businesses.The topicsare structured as a continuationofthecourse"introduction toaccounting" tocoverthe financialstatements, the way theycanbeinterpretedandanalyzed.Italsoaimsto giveabasisforplanningofthe businessby usingrevenueandcostanalysistechniques.Aparticipativecoursedesignis utilized.Problemsolvingand practical examples will followthe theorysectionoftheclass.
