With reference to your online application for the post of sister tutor in Health Department EDMC, it is hereby informed that you are shortlisted provisionally for the certificate verification to the office of OIVS-1ST FLOOR, 419 Udyog Sadan, Patparganj Industrial area, Delhi- 110092 on 25.03.13 at 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
You are hereby requested to present yourself along with all the original certificates/documents concerned in support of your particulars filled in online application
1. Age proof certificate (mainly 10th class),
2. Caste/Disability certificate (OBC/SC/ST/PH – both in the case of age relaxation and for seeking reserved quota seat),
3. Diploma/Degree certificate,
4. Nursing Council Registration certificate ,
5. Experience certificates;
6. Copy of Printout taken after filling online application
7. Two colored passport size photographs (same as uploaded online)
8. Set of attested copies of all the certificates mentioned above.
Candidates who fail to attend document verification on the above mentioned date will not be entertained later.
In case you fail to bring/produce original certificates as mentioned above or if any deviation/difference found in the information filled in online application on verification with the originals; your candidature will be cancelled from the list.
You are requested to note the following points –
· Provisional short listing of the candidature for certificate verification is not the indication of your eligibility with regard to your age, qualifications, registration, reservation, experience etc., and also no guarantee for your selection. It is the candidates’ responsibility to check his/her eligibility before appearing for the certificate/documents verification.
· If the candidate produces any false certificate/information, his/her candidature will be cancelled from the list and legal action will be initiated against them.
· Candidates seeking age relaxation and reserved quota seats under OBC category, it is mandatory to produce the OBC caste certificate issued by the Govt. of NCT Delhi.
· No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for certificate verification.
· No postal intimation will be sent.
· Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
