The New York State Council of Health-system Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing education. Successful completion for the programsaccredited by NYSCHP qualifies for a maximum of 6.5 CEUs (6.5 contact hours). Statements of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit are available at under Event/Education to participants upon the conclusion of the program. Participant must verify attendance at the meeting by entering the program CE code given out during the presentation.
Note: Attendees have forty-five (45) days to evaluate the program and obtain their statements of credit - November 6, 2017.
Total program hours: 16 contact hours (16 CEUs) – 6.5 available hours (6.5 CEUs)
Online Program Evaluation: Attendees will be emailed a program evaluation survey upon conclusion of the program.
