Remarks

1 There is a sort of lunchroom called Lounge seating 120 with desks that the only designed area within the Museum where bag lunches may be eaten, however it cannot be accepted any reservation. For sharing this limited space as much as possible among visitors, please clarify in Remarks column if your group intend to visit rainy day only or alternative plan for your lunch place other than using the Lounge (e.g. returning to the bus) in case of full.

s  Please send this form by email (preferable), fax or postal mail at least one week notice of the visit date.

s  Normally, the Museum will reply by email. If you prefer to receive our reply by postal mail, then please indicate it in the column of Remarks.

s  Please review Guidelines (click here) with your group before your visit. Any school/other group not following the guidelines will be asked to leave the Museum.
