Daily-

  • Verification of Revenue for Food, Soft Beverage & Liquor with F&B check.
  • Verification of price mention on F&B Check.
  • Mention sheet for Food, Soft Beverage & Liquor wise revenue as Daily & Outletwise.( Format Attaced)
  • Preparing Daily Outletwise Liquor sale analysis.( Format Attached)
  • Verification of NC Check, e.g, sign,type, authorization etc..
  • Prepare chart for NC Check.
  • If Any descripency is there, it will brought into notice of concern Person / Dept.
  • Checking of outlet liquor stock book & verify the sale quantity.
  • Physical liquor inventory.
  • Excess stock will be added in stock register & shortage will be debited to concern staff.
  • Round at F&B outlet & kitchen for observation purpose.

Monthly-

  • Verification of Revenue with account ( Only Gross Sale )
  • Month end Physical inventory of Kitchen & Outlet for Food & Beverage.
  • Outletwise Monthly Food & Beverage issue & closing entry.
  • Monthly Food & Beverage cost Report. ( Format Attached )
  • Analysis of Purchase & Consumption of Food, Soft Beverage & Liquor.( Format Attached)
  • Montly complimentory statement.
  • Monthly Guest Entertainment Summery.( Format Attached)

Other:-

  • Recipe costing of Food & Beverage.
  • Menu pricing updation in System.
  • Newly required food & beverage menu item feeding in System.
  • Providing of information Sale Analysis , Revenue to F&B, Kitchen whenever they required.
  • Support to Material Dept & Account dept whenever they requires to sort any problem.
