1994 - present: executive director of the Centre for conflict prevention and resolution PDCS
Coordinates and leads the trainings and long-term consultations for various participants (private companies representatives and managers, public sector representatives- like mayors, judges etc.). Worked as trainer/facilitator and consultant in more international trainings and workshops in 35 countries outside Slovakia mostly in Central and Eastern Europe for diverse clients (like World bank, East-West Management Institute, Unilever, VW, Microsoft, OSCE, World Learning, etc. )
1984- 1994 lecturer and adviser at Comenius University, Bratislava
1998- part- time consultant at the Slovak Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family in the area of decentralisation of the institutionalised social services

Since 1991 works as trainer, facilitator and consultant conducting about 50 training/consulting/facilitating days per year in Slovakia and other 35 coutries (Visegrad countires, Ukraine, USA, Austria, Central Asia, Balkan countires, etc...) - Series of trainings for top and middle level managers of Volkswagen company in Bratislava in topics like : leadership strategies, effective communication, teambuilding, moderation stress management, cross-cultural differences in management (1992-1995)
