0Dear Parents/Guardians:

Selzer School and the Selzer School PTO have planned our Back-To-School Night for

Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade on Monday, September 18th. We are

anticipating a large turnout and have planned an informative evening. Teachers will discuss

their educational program and will display some of the instructional equipment and materials

used in their teaching.

Please note the schedule on the reverse side for classroom visitations. Each teacher will be

making 2 presentations, for those of you with more than one child. If you have more than two,

I suggest both parents come and split up.

At times when you are not scheduled for classroom conferences, you may speak to our specialists

or just socialize in the all purpose room. Special teachers will be located in the all purpose room.

Selzer School Visitation Schedule For Grades Pre-K-5

Coffee in the all purpose room throughout the evening

7:00-7:30 Grades PK-5

7:35-8:00 All Purpose Room

8:05-8:35 PK-5

During the program, our Selzer School PTO will serve refreshments in the all purpose room

until approximately 8:45 pm. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to please

join our PTO. You will be able to join at Back-To-School-Night. Also, pick up voter

registration materials.

Please be advised that the program has been planned so that parents can be informed regarding

the program, procedures, and educational tools your child's teacher will employ this school year.

Should you wish to discuss your child's progress, please sign up for an individual appointment

with the teacher. Forms will be available in each class for parents who wish to meet privately

with their child's teacher. Appointments can also be made for the conference period

(November 15th– 17th). A sign up sheet will be available!
