·  Nurse Practitioner in a large occupational medicine practice serving hundreds of companies throughout Illinois and its surrounding states.

·  Collaborated with three supervising physicians, but typically practiced independently. Accommodated walk-in as well as scheduled visits, seeing 20-40 patients per day.

·  Provided care in two office locations as well as on-site at several local companies. On-site clinics included both the treatment of work injuries and personal health problems. This included acting as a Primary Care Provider for employees without access to healthcare. Frequently managed health conditions such as acute respiratory complaints, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, dermatologic disorders, and musculoskeletal complaints.

·  Performed specialized physical exams including FMCSA Commercial Driver exams, state school bus driver physicals, respirator certification exams, and military Periodic Health Assessments.
