Free Choice

Due date- Monday, Feb 26 (E), Tues, Feb 27 (O)

The subject of this project is your choice, as long as it is school appropriate, you haven’t used it for a previous project and it was taken within a week of the deadline. Create a contact sheet of your photos using Photoshop. Choose the best picture and print it as a 5x7. It is due by the end of the period and is worth 20 points.

Dream

Due Date: Friday, March 2 (E), Monday, March 5 (O)

Procedure- Photograph a visual interpretation of a dream you had in the past few years (a sleeping dream, not a daydream). Remember that you have the option to use any of the editing techniques we’ve reviewed in Adobe Photoshop to simulate a dream-like state.

You must attach a contact sheet with at least 6 pictures on it as well as 25 pictures in a folder in your Google account, which will be shared with me. Your final picture needs to be 5x7. It is worth 30 points.

Mood, emotion or feeling

Due date: Thursday, March 8 (E), Friday, March 9 (O)

Procedure- Photograph a scene or person which clearly displays an emotion or any other quality that is intangible, such as a mood or feeling. This can be a very hard process- make sure you’re including the correct actions from your subject (ex: if you’re attempting to show your subject experiencing grief, make sure they aren’t smirking or giggling).
