Driver Indoctrination and Rack Procedures

Driver # Pin # Destination #

You will be assigned a driver number by DIT staff upon presentation of a letter of authorization from your company, a current commercial drivers’ license with appropriate endorsements and current expiration date noted. YOU are responsible to notify DIT staff when you renew your license so the records can be updated. Failure to do so will result in being LOCKED OUT by the load computer upon expiration of license.

After receiving your driver’s number you must chose a 4 digit PIN #. The PIN # number can not start with “0”. The first time you receive your Driver # and enter your PIN # the system will ask you to verify your PIN #...... re enter your PIN # and continue on with loading sequence.
