Dubai sets to host the International Property Show on April 30
Dubai - United Arab Emirates, 19/03/2013 – The International Property Show 2013 will kick off on April 30, 2013. The show lasts for three days and in being held in conjunction with the 3rd Annual Investment Meeting, held under the royal patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Center. The two events are organized by Strategic Marketing and Exhibitions.
Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of the Government of Dubai Land Department (DLD) said “The Department is keen to take part and support property shows that serve Dubai’s market and reflect our commitment towards regulating the sector, promoting investments and disseminating real estate knowledge”.
The IPS 2013 is sponsored and supported by the Dubai Land Department, given its successes in the previous editions since its commencement in 2006. The show implanted its position as a distinguished event in regional and international exhibitions’ map. The event attracts major national and foreign real estate companies. Its last edition in 2012 welcomed 12,000 visitors from 70 countries from all over the world.
Bin Mejren noted that the timing of IPS coincides with the full recovery of UAE real estate market and Dubai’s in particular. The developers’ participation in this event is a unique opportunity to materialize their ambitions investment plans into real deals and investments as they look to introduce competitive products and achieve attractive returns in the real estate industry described as the safest investment channel throughout history.
The IPS built a distinct identity among developers and has become an ideal platform to showcase wide range of multiple-use projects for residential, commercial, tourism, entertainment, cultural and sports purposes. The IPS continues to attract many visitors from all around the world, according to DLD Director General.
