5. Applicants Undertaking and Commitment
5.1 The applicant warrants that the information provided in this application form are true and correct.
5.2 The applicant commit itself to maintain integrity and professionalism to Good Jewellery Trading Practice
(GJTP) by:
5.2.1 Effectively and consistently implement the Requirements of GJTP Scheme.
5.2.2 Providing access to all DM authorized personnel for the purpose of certification.
5.2.3 To recognize DM as the mediation or arbitration body in case disputes occurred between the Certified Shop and the customer and agrees with whatever decision made by DM for that matter and:
5.2.4To pay any fees related to certification.
5.3 The applicant agrees to complete and satisfy all requirements within six months from the date of submission
of this application, after which period, the application will expire and the fees paid will be forfeited.
