Use these instructions for each of the Responsibilities listed above.

Manager Actions

Use Manager Actions to view personnel information (employee number, address, phone, date-of-birth, emergency contact information) education and competency profile.

Employees with Manager or Salary Manager access will be able to immediately view direct reports. To view indirect reports, use the + arrow (see below) or use the Search feature.

Employees with Department or Salary Department access will be able to immediately view direct reports and have access to indirect reports by using the +arrow (see below) or by using the Search feature. In addition, employees with Department or Salary Department access will be able to use the Search feature to gain access to any employee within the department or at a lower level within the department hierarchy.

Manager Actions – View Personal Information

Use the Manager Action menu to view Personal Information (employee number, address, phone, date-of-birth and emergency contact information).

Manager Actions – Education / Degrees Earned

Use the Education screens to view, update or add information about degrees earned. Prior to making any changes to the Education screens, your employee must supply you with a copy of his/her transcript or other appropriate documentation to verify the information.

Select this Action to view competency profile details. If have questions about the information displayed, please contact the Department of Human Resources at 8-7305.

Employee Information

Use the link for Employee Information to view employment and absence history. Salary history may also be available dependent on your level of access.

Employee Information – View Employment and Absence History

After selecting an employee, employment history will open on the screen. Use the Absence tab to view absence history.

Search Feature

The Search feature is available for Manager, Salary Manager, Department and Salary Department responsibilities.
