CORPORATE EVENTS GENERAL INFORMATION 2017

Thank you for making an enquiry with us for an event on our property. Whether you are planning a corporate retreat, family outing a wedding, birthday party or a full on festival we have the flexibility to make tailor it to your specifications.


If you have never been to our property before then we would be delighted to show you around, if it is not possible for you to visit before your event then please let us assure you that we are seasoned professionals well versed in holding large and small events and our attention to detail is well known. If the attached information does not exactly suit your needs then let us know we will do our best to accommodate your request. Whatever we plan and for however many in your group the rules are always the same at Revolution. Number 1 is it must be fun. Number 2 is it must be safe.


Our informed suggestion is to allow your guests to select from our menu of experiences detailed below and we will plan your day around your choices. If you have over 20 guests in your party we suggest that you choose two experiences per person as this will minimize the wait time for your guests.

If you have a particular "team building need" discuss it with us we have some very unique ideas that may assist you to address the problem. But generally we find that getting “dirty with the boss” is team building enough.

It has been our experience that for groups of 20 or more you need to allow a minimum of 3 hours with us. Although difficult to calculate until your exact time scale and budget is determined we have tried to indicate the maximum number of guests we can accommodate on our Experiences Menu. If you are unsure about anything please call our office and we can explain in greater detail.

For larger groups we calculate the schedule based on the time you have and how many experiences you will be doing, whether you wish to include lunch and what time you need to depart. Please call our office to discuss the logistics of your day.

There is a standard daily charge for major events and we would need to understand how much involvement from our team would be required, whether you need exclusive use and if you need additional time to clean up after your event. But our rates per person are as follows.

1 Experience is $80.00 per person.

2 Experiences (highly recommended) $140.00 per person.

3 Experiences $200.00 per person

Archery $45.00 per person
Fishing for 2 hours per person $120.00
Individually prepared Team Building events from $75.00 per person
Scavenger Hunts from $60.00 per person (3 hour minimum)

Let your guests select from the following Menu of Experiences.

ATV’s: Whether novice or expert you are bound to have some fun maneuvering over the sand humps grass banks and mastering the dirt tracks and trails on our automatic machines. But be prepared to get dirty maybe very dirty as you travel over our 230 acres of off road terrain

As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 15 ATV in one hour.


Dune Buggies: Driving across grassy tracks and sandy surfaces doesn’t even begin to describe how much fun these four wheeled Can Am Commander X Sports series buggies can be whether driving or riding as a passenger. To drive the Dune Buggies you must hold a full current driving license. Non driving Passengers will count as one experience.

As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 10 Buggy Experiences in one hour.


“Mucky Ducks:” is an 8 wheeled amphibious adventure vehicle which is able to run over the land and in the water. We have tailor made trails which will allow you to get up close and personal with the beautiful Floridian wilderness. This is a unique opportunity to drive through the wooded areas and then plunge into the lake and wetlands.

As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 16 Experiences in one hour.

Target Archery: This amazingly addictive sport is growing rapidly by the year. Target archery is suitable for all groups of people; it is perfect for competitions as individual or team playing. May also be included in to the scavenger hunt.

As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 10 Experiences in one hour.

Fishing: Our beautiful 70 acre private lake is a perfect setting for catching some large Mouth Bass, fishing from our boats with professional guides. We provide all of the necessary equipment and operate CPR (catch photograph and release).
As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 10 boats with up to 2 fishermen on each boat.

Clay Shooting: A range officer will supervise you as you try to shoot down our clays. 35 rounds per person, including ear defenders and eye glasses. You must be over 16 to shoot our under and over shot guns.
As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 10 Experiences in one hour.

Myakka Adventure Tour: Go off road in our duce and a half truck and get a birds eye view of the wild life and beautiful Floridian countryside. Keep a careful watch out for the Myakka Man hidden in the wetlands. Can seat up to 20 guests in one hour.

Team Building Events: We are pleased to offer a number of additional team building events at a cost of $75.00 per person. We prefer to discuss individual needs and objectives before designing any team building experience. We can include such events as blindfold driving, raft building, races on the land or on the lake and much more.
As a general rule of thumb we are able to offer 10 Experiences in one hour.

Scavenger Hunts: Team building can be so much fun when trying to collectively solve clues, gather "treasures" and build items as well as working together it helps to build trust and respect. Suitable for group players of up to 10 in a team. This event involves elements of walking riding and water activities. It has proved to be one of the most talked about events held on the property. See your team scratch and claw to get hold of the "jewels" in our latest Pirate themed hunt.

Endurance Races: We have been host to several endurance races over the past 3 years hosting some of the most respected events in the State. Events have seen between 500 -8,000 runners and spectators in an amazing spectacle with obstacles and challenges as well as low impact endurance rambles. Discuss with your Revolution planner the details and requirements to hold an event with us. It can be themed or just as nature intended on our beautiful property.


Team Colors: Nothing gets teams working together more than team colors. If you are hosting an event where you are in competitive groups then add something to mark your teams. We can arrange awards and gifts for team events as well as add your logo to t-shirts, colored bandanas, or flags by prior arrangements.


Provisions: All participants in the Revolution Experience must be over the age of 16 years to ride and should be in good physical health. Participants will be asked to sign and complete waiver acceptance and liability forms prior to participation in any activity. They should read and understand the Terms and Conditions posted on the website www.revolutionoffroad.com and these are available upon request to Revolution Off Road Tel. 352 400 1322 at any time.


Catering: All lunches are served by the lakeside under canopies on picnic tables. Please know that we do not allow guests to bring food or alcohol on to the property. (please see menu options and snacks attached)

Revolution Off Road BBQ: Includes burgers / Hot dogs and 2 sides of coleslaw and potato salad & Fresh Fruit. ($25.00 per head) Optional menu and alternative items are available upon request.

Add to the menu from the list below at an additional cost of $5 per head per item,

beans, Rice, Pasta Salad and Green Salad with dressings. Condiments are inclusive of the per head price as above. Vegetarian options are available upon request.

Brown Bag Picnic Lunch: sandwiches, chips, pastries, and fresh fruit are available at $20.00 per head. Unlimited iced soft drinks and bottled water available all day $8.00 per head.

Please note that Revolution has a small shop offering chips, nuts, candies, fresh fruit and some basic personal items such as sunscreen, tissues, facial wipes and bandanas. As we provide snacks and drinks at very reasonable rates, we do not appreciate the use of outside food or drinks on the property. Alcohol or BBQ Fires are not permitted at any time please discuss this with your Revolution events team planner if required.


Please note all prices exclude Florida Sales Tax @7% and Gratuity @15%

Payment Policy: A 50 % deposit is required upon reservation of any event. Final payment is due at least 10 days prior to event, if less than 10 days, full payment is required before event. No alterations to visitor numbers can be made after 10 days prior to the event. All payments to be made to Revolution The Off Road Experience. Please note we add an additional 3% processing fee for all credit card payments.


Gratuities: Please note that we respectfully add a 15% gratuity to all events for over 5 people split equally amongst our instructors and guides working at the event.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: 15 days prior to the event full refund of deposit.

10 days prior to event 50% refund of deposit. No refunds after 10 days prior to event unless extreme weather conditions prevent event taking place.
