Page 86, Figure 5-5:the syringe is not reflecting the correct amount being measured (dotted line should fall at 2.1 mark in image, aligned with top black ring), and the caption should indicate 2.1 mL instead of 2 mL.

Chapter 7

Page 118: Label caption should read “Otic Drops Trihydrate Oral Suspension”.

Page 119: Allegra label is upside down and showing French text. There should be an arrow added to point to word “Tablets”.

Page 129, Label C: There should be a red circle around the words “Allopurionol Tablets USP”.

Chapter 8

Page 151:Question 24 should be deleted and the remaining questions renumbered 24-27.

Page 163:The last paragraph at the bottom of the page should reference pages 164-172.

Page 170:Bottom paragraph should read as follows:

“For questions 43 through 46, calculate one dose of the medications indicated on the medication administration record that follows. Drug labels O through Q provided on the following pages are the drugs available. Indicate the letter corresponding to the label you select.”

Page 171: Question 46: No label is available for this question. Should be: SLOW-POT (potassium chloride) 600 mg per tablet. Answer on page 469 is correct.

Page 182, Question 7: ketorolac tromethamine 15 mgIM q6h should be replaced with dicyclomine hydrochloride 15 g IM q6h X 2 days. This does not impact the answer.

Page 197, Figure 9-12: Label should show Humulin R, not Midazolam.

Page 204: Label on syringe should say 7.2 mL and the arrow should point to the correct measurement on the figure (from top black ring).

Page 205, Question 20 - The image should be a label showing Humulin R, to match the text. The label for Humalog is incorrect.

Page 206, Question 25: Image should show a 5 mL syringe. This impacts the Answer Key for the question on page 473.
