I,______HEREBY APPLY FOR FULL MEMBERSHIP OF THE DOONGALA ADULT RIDING CLUB INC I AGREE TO

1.  Wear an approved helmet when mounted and appropriate footwear at all times. (Failure to do so negates insurance cover.)

2.  Be punctual on rally days and be prepared to help set up/pack up for rallies.

3.  Stay with allotted rally group unless having made arrangements with the rally organiser.

4.  Show courtesy to instructors on joining or leaving a group session.

5.  Be aware of safety of other riders at all times, eg. give way to riders under instruction, acknowledge right of way during lessons, move cautiously.

6.  ASSIST WITH THE RUNNING OF CLUB EVENTS (approx. 3 hours per event – usually 3 events) 2017 tentative dates: Show – .5th Feb Combined Training 19th March, Dressage Jackpot July.

Membership Fee (1 November, 2016 - 31 October, 2017) $265.00

I accept that horseriding is a hazardous sport and I indemnify the DARC Inc against any claim for injury I might suffer while I am engaging in this sport.
