Donna-Lou Hertz has over 30 years of experience with HUD and currently serves as the Homeless Coordinator for HUD’s special needs assistance programs, including the homeless programs. Donna-Lou also has extensive experience working with HUD’s Technical Assistance and Community Development Block Grant Programs and introduced and helped implement the Continuum of Care process in Wisconsin communities. She is a native of Milwaukee and graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Business Management.
