Hello friends! I’m very excited to offer our 2009 Season of Shows! Although we are primarily a country music show, we hope you will enjoy and appreciate our variety as well. Each show, our cast and featured performers offer everything from blues to bluegrass, rockabilly to high-lonesome, honky-tonk to Ba-donk-a-donk and everything in between! And we have a ball doing it! 18 – RAYMOND AND KASEY MEEKS, a brother/sister act with energy to spare!

2 – JEFF LONG, a seasoned performed with a smooth baritone voice that will
melt you to your seat!
16 – SECOND 2009 TALENT SEARCH WITH A CAST TRIBUTE TO THE EAGLES
30 – THUNDER CREEK, a very popular regional bluegrass band with harmonies-a-plenty! (
JUNE
13 – LAUREN WOODRUM, a performer whose style ranges from Carole King to Karen
Carpenter to Shania Twain. Her variety and style will keep you guessing and coming back for more!
27 – THIRD TALENT SEARCH WITH A CAST TRIBUTE TO THE LEGENDS OF COUNTRY MUSIC
JULY
11 – PATRIOTIC SHOW/JIM AND JOELL KEPKA – First half will be patriotic music and second half features the husband/wife team that will knock your socks off!
25 – COUNTRY AT THE BEACH/SALUTE TO JIMMY BUFFETT – First half will feature popular country beach songs by artist’s like Kenny Chesney and Alan Jackson with the second half dedicated to the songs of Jimmy Buffett for the parrothead in us all!
AUGUST
8 – THE MULLINS SISTERS, three sisters who offer great music and harmony the way only sisters can!
22 – LYNDA SMITH, a seasoned professional with a flawless voice and unparalleled charisma!
SEPTEMBER
5 – RALPH MOTLEY AND LAST MINUTE GRASS, Donks’ very own bluegrass man offers timeless hits in a style all his own!
19 – RICHARD SMITH, an entertainer and drummer whose versatility can touch your heart one minute and have you dancing in your seats the next!
OCTOBER
3 – STEVE MOTLEY, a veteran performer whose unforgettable voice and personality, not to mention his blues harmonica, will blow you away!
17 – MICHELE THACKER AND FRIENDS’ TRIBUTE TO PATSY CLINE – Several beautiful voices team up on the second half to offer the best of legend, Patsy Cline.
31 – FOURTH TALENT SEARCH AND HALLOWEEN SHOW
NOVEMBER
14 – TRACY HILL, a popular singer at Donk’s whose voice can go from 0 to “blow-you-away” in seconds!
28 – TALENT CHAMPIONSHIP/GOSPEL SHOW – First half will feature the Opry cast doing some of their favorite Southern Gospel and Contemporary Christian favorites; second half will highlight the four winners of this year’s talent search and judges will select our 2009 Talent Champion.
