According to "Law of the People's Republic of China on Donation for Public Welfare Undertakings, and other related laws and regulations, Party Avoluntarily shall donate the assets to support the development of Beihang University education enterprise. ArticleⅣWithin the agreed time frame, Party A transfer the donated assets or property title to Party B, and Party Bassisting the relevant formalities. After receiving the donated property, Party B issued an official invoice in a valid legal form.
ArticleⅤParty B pursuant to this agreement make the rational use of the donated assets, are not allowed to change the specific use of the donated assets without the authorization. If there is any need to change the purpose, it should be with the consent of the Party A, and the signing of the supplemental agreement to change the original use.
Article Ⅵ Based on the use of donated property, Party B may consult with the Party A to appoint the executives of performing the proper management on use of donated property, with the initiative to under thesupervision of Party A.
ArticleVIIThis Agreement shall take effect from the date of signing by the representatives of both parties, subject to the jurisdiction and protection of the People's Republic of China's relevant laws. All disputes arising from the execution of the agreement shall be settled through mutual negotiation of both parties andways to solve the following section:
1. Submitting to_____arbitration commission for arbitration；
2. Lodging the lawsuit to______people’s court according to the laws.

Donation project implementation agreement
Party A: Beihang University Education Foundation
Party B(Project execution side):
Under the donation agreement______signed between Party A and the donor,the donorvoluntarily donated to the Party B, to support the development of Beihang University education enterprise. In order to ensure the rational use of the donation, both parties have consensuses on the followings:
1. Based on the use of donated asset determined by both Party A and the Donor, ______PartyB develop implementation plans of handling donate items and rational use of donated assets.
2.During the execution of the project, the Party B is not allowed to change the use of the donated assets without the authorization. If there is any need to change the purpose of donated assets, it should be with the consent of the donor, and the signing of the supplemental agreement to change the use of the original purpose.
3. Party B,in the use of the donated assets, has the obligation to manage and use of donated assets properly, with the initiative to under thesupervision of Party Aand regularly report to the Party A and the donor on theprogress of the use of the donated assets.
4. Party B has the obligations in assisting Party A in completing the acknowledgement of donors, managing the donated assets, and other works that agreed on:______
5. The agreement shall be in duplicate copies, and has been executed by both parties as of the date written above. This Agreement dispute occurred in the course of implementation by both parties through negotiation. Matters involving the donor,should be according to the terms of the agreement signed between the Party A and donors.
