CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1.  Provisional bookings do not hold firm until deposits have been paid.

2.  Bookings are confirmed when the 25% deposit is paid. This deposit is not returnable. The full cost of the holiday/ course must be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday/ course.

3.  No liability whatsoever is assumed by us in respect of personal injury or loss which the applicant or group on a holiday/ course may sustain.

4.  In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:- between 6 weeks and 4 weeks of course/ holiday commencing - 50% of fee.

Between 4 weeks and 1 week prior to commencement of course/ holiday 75%

of fee.

Up to one week before course commences full cost of course/ holiday.

5.  We reserve the right to cancel a course/ holiday where this becomes necessary

due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of cancellation any payment will be refunded.

6.  We cannot accept any responsibility for adverse weather conditions which

may affect the course/ holiday.

7.  We reserve the right to change the course/ holiday due to adverse weather

conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

8.  Payment of the deposit with the signed booking form will be regarded to be

evidence of acceptance of and consent to these conditions.
