REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
RE: Delivery of generator DYNASET
TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
I. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

II. IN THE QUOTE EACH SUPPLIER SHOUD:
1. Quote a fixed unit price in BGN or EUR for the purchase order/contract, without VAT.
2. Verify the quality of the product – each delivery shall be certified by a certificate of quality from the manufacturer and/or declaration of conformity. When quoting it is mandatory the applicants to present technical specification/datasheet.
3. To indicate:
· Delivery terms: DDP warehouse of the BUYER, town of Panagyurishte, Assarel site (Incoterms 2010);
· Delivery time – in days after firm purchase order / contract;
· Payment terms – maximum deferred payment after delivery
· Warranty period: in months after delivery;
· Quotation validity: Quotation validity should be at least three months after the deadline for its submission.
4. То present:
· Reference list of customers: Participants should submit a list of clients for the past three years with addresses and telephone numbers;
· References: Participants should submit references from at least 3 customers.
· A document for registration if the participant is a foreign company.
III. REQUIREMENTS TOWARDS THE OFFERS AND SUPPLIERS
When preparing the proposal for participation in the offer study, the candidate should strictly adhere to the announced by the Buyer conditions.
Quotations must comply with the requirements of the present request for quotation. If the participant cannot comply or respond to a particular item, he must indicate "No response" for this point. The participants in the offer study should fully describe all answers.
IV. QUOTATIONS SUBMISSION:
1. Quotations should be sent addressed to Director “Audit and Control” eng. R. Shumanov, in one of the following ways:
- in an envelope to address: „Assarel-Medet” JSC, 4500 Panagyurishte, BULGARIA
- to fax: +357359 60260 or 60250
- to e-mail:
2. The quotation should be marked “Quotation for the delivery of generator DYNASET”, “To be opened only by the designated committee” and if sent by post – “Sender………”.
3. Deadline for the submission is 16,00 o’clock at March 30, 2016.
The quotations are not a subject to change after the deadline for their submission.
V. OPENING AND EVALUATION OF THE QUOTATIONS.
1. The quotations should be opened and considered only by the selected for this purpose committee. The results will be announced after the end of the evaluation. Each participant should be notified for the evaluation results.
2. The draft contract is drawn up by "Assarel Medet" based on company established standard contracts and should be provided to counterparties for comments in the negotiation process.
3. Please note, that the order for quotation storage, transparency and adherence to principles, established in the company, excludes the possibility for any influence to be exercises over a contractor selection or over the quality of the ingoing control through corruption. Moreover, if such attempts are found, the respective officials will be disciplinary dismissed from work and the contracts with the respective partners shall be terminated.
