Age Managers
Under 6, 7
and 8 years / Require 2 male & 2 female age managers for each age groups Under 6, 7 & 8’s
Min One Age Manager per 10 Children – Induction & Training required.
Sunday before first Nippers day 10.00am till 12.00pm.
Age Managers are required to be a member of the club.
Require One age Manager in each group to hold Bronze Medallion or First Aid Cert.
Age Managers
Under 9, 10
and 11 years / Our target is to have minimum 3 age managers for Under 9, 10 & 11’s
Require minimum of one Female age manager per age group,
Minimum One Bronze Medallion holder and one First Aid Cert holder for each group.
Minimum One Age Manager per 15 Children – Induction and Training required.

Age Managers

and 14 years / Our target is to have minimum 2 age managers for Under 12, 13 & 14’s
Require One Female and One Male age manager per age group,
Would prefer age managers to hold Bronze Medallion and be proficient.
Minimum One Age Manager per 15 Children – Induction and Training required.

Age Managers are required to be a member of the club.
Water Safety / Require to have Bronze Medallion and be proficient. Please consider Swim Training.
Target 4 Water Safety per age group. – Also required for Midweek Activities.
Ratio 1 water safety to every 5 children in the water. – This is SLSA – Regulations.
Induction and Training required. Sunday before first Nippers day 10.00am till 12.00pm.
Water Safety are required for insurance reasons to be a member of the club.
Water Helper
or Midweek Nippers
Assistant / No qualifications required – However a level of competency in the surf is required.
Water Helpers would be encouraged to undertake Bronze Medallion or First aid training.- Target 4 Water Safety Helpers per age group.
Assisting with the childrens safety in the water, starts and finishes.
Induction and Training required. Sunday before first Nippers day 10.00am till 12.00pm.
Water Helpers are encouraged to become club members.
Carnival Officials / Our target is to have 2 officials per age group. – Available at Carnivals.
Training is required at the branch – The club pays the course fees for each participant.
Cooks Hill require 7 new officials each season – One per age group. 7,8,9,10,11,12,13.
Café and Raffle Assistance / The Cookas Café is a great facility for social interaction for nippers and parents –
It also raises funds for the club to improve the facilities which will ensure success in the future.
Assistance is required for Café and Raffle sales. – Please assist our efforts.

or Sponsor / Each week for general nippers we require equipment to be set up for nippers activities and café operation and packed down at the days conclusion. – Also clean up.
The Club also requires financial sponsors and other support in many other ways –
