Gluten Free Vendor Fair
Dear Vendor:
SuffolkCounty Celiacs- a Branch of the Gluten IntoleranceGroup will be presenting our third Gluten Free Vendor Fair on Sunday, April 26, 2009. Our event is the largest gluten-free consumer event in North America. Funds raised go to research and on-going support/education for persons with Celiac Disease.
It will be held at:
Local 25 / IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers)
370 Motor Parkway
Hauppauge, NY.
The Hall (which is air conditioned) has space for approximately 50 vendors with ample electric and parking. Vendors will be accepted on a first come first served basis so we urge you to reserve now!
Local 25 is conveniently located right off the Long Island Expressway. The fair will run from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm with set up from 8:00 am to 11:00 am and tear down from 4:00 to 5:00 pm.
The charge to participate is $150 per 8 foot table (plus $15 for electric if needed). Microwaves, toaster ovens and griddles are acceptable, but there are no cooking/preparation facilities (NO open flames,i.e. sternos are permitted). A table, tablecloth and two chairs will be provided.
We highly encourage the sale of your items to the many guests that will be attending. In 2007, our Fair brought in approximately 1,500 attendees and we are anticipating an even bigger turnout in 2009.
