Juddson probably won’t be back in January because everyone is too busy with systems going live.
All of our certificates expired and we are having to redo those. Advertising starts today. Haven’t heard anymore from Carlos on the load testing.
Not sure if Cheryl finished this. Kelly will look into.
- Our understanding is that Admissions is under the assumption that AID will continue to process awards in Banner as they do in our current system. AID says Admissions will be putting on their own exemptions in Banner. The Business Office needs to let everyone know what they need to do. IT needs to know if the non-resident tuition status is being converted to a field that can be used for awards. From Brenda’s email below, it sounds like no one has discussed how this process is going to work.How should we handle this?
Jamie Glover is responsible for setting a meeting up and getting answers. Debbie will send another email as we need to get this decided ASAP.
UPDATE: Sherry will add this to the ILT team agenda again.
- Linda inquired about a system load test prior to ST go live in March for Fall 2010 enrollment? There will also be a senior enrollment day for approx. 200 students they wish to enroll within a 2 hour timeframe. Enrollment in legacy and Banner will be occurring during this window.
Informational /
- As of January 2010, Shawn Love will hire a student worker to start entering all key information into TMA’s key program.
Go Lives /
- Advancement is working on their scripts and got a lot done.
HR and Finance are live.
Cognos /
- We’ll have a better idea of if any more training needs done after this next training in January.
R24 /
- Evaluated the request for patch or upgrade form and gave suggestions for changes to Debbie. BPOST tells what files are available.
Email /
- EC will need to approve the email policy. Once it’s approved, we would like to recommend to the ILT that campus email be split into two email types: CAMP and DIR for student versus employee campus email.

Linda requested the self-service transcript kiosk be available in Banner. / Needs to be added to the list of programs/reports to be developedTech Team & ITL / Continue to update:

Please add to it so that we remember to do everything after each conversion. This should be our checklist of things that must be done after the conversion scripts but before we let the users in for testing. / Can be removed
