During our initial meeting it became apparent that the results of Salespeople and Management Team Members do not reflect their true potential. Several reasons exist for this disparity, all of which we address in our coaching program:
- The lack of a clearly defined and company-wide purpose, vision, and goals that tie all areas of the business and individual roles to each other and to the ‘bigger picture’. Visions and goals harmonious with the company’s overall purpose need to be established for each department.
- The lack of motivation experienced when a person’s job assignment is not clearly tied to the company’s purpose, vision, and goals. An inconsistent understanding of a person’s role inevitably leads to inconsistent results.

You will not only receive our expertise and enthusiasm, but also that of guest speakers renowned for their ability to effectively convey this material.

This letter serves to confirm and clarify our understanding wherebyKevin Fitzpatrick and Karen Farlowe (LSC) will provide consultation services for Sample Enterprises under the following terms and conditions:
Collaborative Teachings
Kevin Fitzpatrick & Karen Farlowe may chose to enlist the services of guest speakers that add to the value of the program being covered to include experts in this and related industries.
Think & Grow Rich Book Study Sessions
Ten (10) weekly conference calls will be hosted by Kevin Fitzpatrick and/or Kevin Farlowe for all Sample Enterprise’s team members. Copies of the book Think and Grow Rich will be provided and shipped to dealership locations, billed additionally.
Purpose, Vision, and Goals Development Workshop
A workshop will be conducted with the management team of Sample Enterprises to collectively determine the Purpose, Vision, and Goals of the company and to delineate the impact these statements will have on departmental visions.
Five (5) Initial Seminars:
- Sample Enterprises will provide a suitable venue for staff to attend an introductory workshop for each of the five (5) programs taught over the course of the year.
- Kevin Fitzpatrick and Karen Farlowe will hold four (4) such workshops in the New Jersey area and two (2) in the Florida area for each of the five (5) programs taught so that your staff may choose which they will attend and not leave any one dealership without appropriate staffing.
- Travel, lodging, and meal accommodations for meeting facilitators will be handled and paid by Kevin Fitzpatrick and Karen Farlowe.
- During the initial seminar, each attendant will receive the materials for the program of study to include recorded CD’s, a workbook, and goal card.
- Upon attendance to one (1) initial seminar and receipt of any program materials listed in item 4, the attendee is considered enrolled for billing purposes.
Continued Support Sessions:
- Kevin Fitzpatrick & Karen Farlowe will provide continued support sessions in a venue selected and provided by Sample Enterprises or over the phone if Kevin Fitzpatrick & Karen Farlowe so chose.
- LSC will provide ten (10) continued support sessions over the 10 to 12 weeks following the initial seminar for each of the five (5) programs.
- Attendance in support sessions is limited to those who attended the initial seminar for that particular program.
- These sessions will be one hour long, each.
Pricing:
The cost to provide this service is Six Thousand Dollars plus applicable taxes per enrolled individual.
- Any individual who attends an initial seminar is considered enrolled in the year-long program for billing purposes. Substitutions or transferring of enrollment is not allowed.
- An invoice will be issued the business day following every Initial Seminar in which newly enrolled attendees will be billed at the above pricing.
- Total billed is due upon receipt and is subject to an 18% per annum late fee if not received 15 days after the due date. All prices are plus applicable taxes (unless you are tax exempt entity, then please provide proof of your tax exempt status).
We, Sample Enterprises hereby agree to the above prices and outline of services. Kevin Fitzpatrick and Karen Farlowe are authorized to complete the consultation services as specified and will be paid as outlined above. In the unlikely event that either party shall have to litigate in order to enforce the provisions of this agreement, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement of their attorney’s fee and costs. Either party may cancel this agreement by providing a written notice of cancellation within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the initial seminars.
