As the author of this text, I would like to thank all those who offered their suggestions and took the time to make detailed comments. Some of them preferred not to sign this document, even though they agree wholeheartedly with the issues it raises. In some cases, they believed that only the person writing the text has a right to sign it. I accepted their point of view with good grace. Others found that the text made good sense and accepted to include their signature, while specifying that their agreement did not imply any inside knowledge on their part of how management schools are run.
