This is an application for participation in the Holiday Caravan Parade Inc®. This form is designed to provide the parade committee with information about your entry. Participation in the Holiday Caravan Parade Inc is by APPROVAL ONLY. We have attached a copy of our Parade Policies for your information. 2015 ENTRY FEES
Non – Profit / Volunteer organizations $100
Dance Groups & Cloggers the cost will be $150.00 per unit. A unit will consist of a float or marching unit with car (supplying music.)
All commercial entries/commercial business queens will be charged a commercial entry fee of $250.00.
Professional float rentals (If renting one through Holiday Caravan the cost is $625.00 limited in quantity, You may furnish your own and the entry fee will be $250.00 )
* School Entries Available at No Charge if your marching band participates in the parade (limited number of 7)

I hereby certify that the above information is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and that this entry has not been involved in any violent or unlawful demonstration. I understand that the Holiday Caravan Parade Board and Sponsors has the right to refuse any entry into the parade for any reason. If minor child/children are participants, I agree to provide proper supervision and transportation to insure their safety. I understand that under no circumstances will unattended minors be allowed entry into the parade. I agree that the Holiday Caravan Parade Board or Sponsors will not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage arising from any accident either before, during or after the Holiday Caravan Parade.
