The Lawrence County Board of Education met for a regular monthly meeting on June 2, 2014 at 6:00 pm at the central office. The meeting was called to order by Mr. Jackie Burch and the invocation was given by Mr. Jackie Burch.

1. Moulton Elementary School- Contract with Ethan Hazle for P/T temporary summer custodial work, no benefits, on an as needed basis not to exceed 20 hrs. per week from June 9th thru August 15th at $10.00 per hour.
2. Moulton Elementary- Contract with Jim Hazle for P/T temporary summer custodial work, no benefits, on an as needed basis not to exceed 10 hrs a week from June 9th thru August 15th at $10.00 per hour.
3. Moulton Elementary- Contract with Alabama Cleaning Service LLC. floor maintenance not to exceed $10,000.
4. Hatton Elementary- contract with Raymond T. Lee for materials and labor for installing a retaining wall and flower bed at HES gym.
5. Lawrence County High- approve Auditorium policy on Private Party rentals

1. Approve contract with Town of Courtland for grounds maintenance of Courtland HS.

2. Approve the LCBOE to contract with 517 Student Ministries for professional services. Funding-At Risk
