Remarks

  1. Updated menu could be downloaded from the webpage. The ingredients may be varied due to seasons, the menu may be changed without notice.
  2. The number of tea sets should be equivalent to the number of participants.
  3. If you chooseSet Menu No. 3(Chinese Banquet), each table needs to be occupied by at least 10 persons. The minimum number of participants for Set Menu No. 4 & 5 is 20.
  4. Items included in the package fee:
  1. Guided tour of visiting JTIA
  2. Lunch or Canape Package in Yi’s Kitchen or Chinese Tea Set in LockCha

Payment Method

An applicant will receive confirmation email if the application is accepted. Payment methods will be listed in the email andpayment need to be settled on or before the specified payment date. Please contact 2100 2892 for enquiry.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Each tour package applicationmust be at least 12 people; if you choose Set Menu 4 or 5, minimum number of participants will be 20.
  2. Payment will not be refunded after tour confirmation.
  3. Any changes of the date and/or time of the scheduled guided tour, the request must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the original scheduled date. JTIA reserves the right to rejectthe change.
  4. If organizationswould like to bring drinks and food from outside, it must obtain the consent of the restaurant and pay additional charges such as cake cutting and corkage fee.
  5. The route of the tour may not cover all the exhibition halls, additional group visit applications may be required for specific exhibitions, and the application will be considered case by case.
  6. Group visitors should follow the guidance of docents or recognized officials and avoid creating any nuisance to other visitors or general venue users. JTIA reserves the right to direct or divert group visits to other spots when certain locations are overcrowded.
  7. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted before 4 hours ofthe event time, the group visit can be rescheduled within 1 monthand the available date should be confirmed by JTIA , Yi’s Kitchenand/or LockCha.
  8. We comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and take effort to keep the personal data of you/ organization, the registered information will only be used in this event.
  9. Organizationsshouldsubmit applicationsfrom 3 months to not less than 2 weeks before the event date.
  10. Successful applications will receive a confirmation replywithin 7 working days.
  11. We own the right to accept or reject any applications.Should any dispute arise, we reserve the right for final decision on all applications.
