- By the end of new 4-H volunteer trainingworkshop 90% of the attendees will be able to describe and demonstrate four new skills they have learned and will use in organizing and managing their 4-H club as evidenced by post-reflective surveys.

- 100 club leaders will be retained in the program with 50% acquiring additional 4-H knowledge and skills as evidenced through their participation in leader council, youth council, and programming committees.
- 85% of the volunteers participating in the annual 4-H re-enrollment training will increase their knowledge, skills and adopt best management practices for 4-H club management as evidenced by the accuracy of their club’s re-enrollment.

- 90% of the youth participating in weeklong 4-H overnight camping experiences will demonstrate increased competencies in self-esteem, peer relationships, character, citizenship, and knowledge of the natural world as reported by post-reflective surveys.
- 85% of the students participating in Ag Venture will gain knowledge about the importance of agriculture as evidenced by post-reflective student and teacher surveys.
- 75% of the students participating in 4-H Tropicana Public Speaking Program will gain confidence from public speaking and will demonstrate relevant communication knowledge and skills necessary to make a presentation as evidenced by post-reflective teacher surveys and student participation beyond the classroom.
