Please note that for The Prize Giving Riders must be Dismounted but correctly dressed with Jackets and Hats

RULES
- All classes will be run strictly in accordance with Pony Club Dressage Rule Book 2017
- All riders must be eligible for the classes that they are entered for (please refer to the 2017 Dressage Rule Book).
- Riders may competing in the Pony Club Championship Qualifiers (Novice, Intermediate and Open) may not enter Mini or Junior Dressage classes as an individual or team
- Riders competing in the Pony Club Grass Roots Regional Qualifiers may not enter Mini Dressage Classes
- Hats: A riding hat correctly fastened must be worn when mounted. Pony Club Members must wear a hat that conforms to The 2017 Pony Club Hat Rule. Non- members are strongly advised to wear a hat that meets Pony Club standards.
- All competitors must report to
(A) The Tack Check Steward for Tack Check 30mins before the time allotted for their test.
(B)The Arena Steward 20mins before their allotted time
Failure to do so may incur elimination.
- Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
- Please use litter bins provided and remove all droppings, shavings and hay from the field.
- All appeals or complaints must be taken forward by the Branch DC to the Event Organiser
- Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
11. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
12. All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The South Pembrokeshire Hunt Branch of The Pony Club, land owners and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non Members and their insurance will not cover you.
