The Contractor for the Male Uniforms (LOT 1) shall provide for the supply of clothing materials inclusive of buttons, zippers, embroidery, etc. and sewing/ execution of the sets of male uniform (on Echo Derecho basis). / Comply

The bidder undertakes to provide male uniforms using the materials and design approved by the Ombudsman. / Comply

Immediate availability of chosen material ensured at all times and under all circumstances; / Comply
The bidder must ensure to undertake the tailoring of the uniforms for officials and employees in Metro Manila as well as in its regional/sectoral offices in the cities of Cebu, Iloilo, Davao and Cagayan de Oro; / Comply
The proposed design be subject to minimal refinements based on the suggestion of the winning bidder, taking into account the materials/fabric; / Comply
The proposed fabric be subject to possible substitution of a better quality clothing material based on the suggestion of the winning bidder / Comply
In the event that it becomes inevitable that the uniform has to be replaced due to repairs or alteration without the fault of the employee, the manufacturer shall undertake to replace and sew the uniform free of charge and at no cost to the employee or to the Office of the Ombudsman. / Comply
The bidder must have at least three (3) years of experience in the manufacturing/execution of uniforms.
The bidder must guarantee that any form of sub-contracting at any phase shall not be resorted to. / Comply
Delivery period: The Supplier shall deliver all the completes set of male uniforms within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Award.” / Comply
