The Council is interested in hearing your concerns, but speakers should not expect Council action or deliberation on subject matter brought up during the Public Comment Period. 1. Ordinance 2016.416 – Second Reading

An Ordinance of the City of Lake City to amend Ordinance No. 2013.388, establishing the Façade Improvement Program.

2. Ordinance 2016.417 – Second Reading

An Ordinance of the City of Lake City Council to define blighted areas.

3. Ordinance 2016.418 – Second Reading

An Ordinance ratifying the provisions of a resolution adopted January 12, 2016, authorizing the execution of a law enforcement assistance agreement with the Florence County Sheriff’s Office and Florence County, South Carolina in order to permit the Sheriff’s Office to assign a Sheriff’s Deputy to temporarily serve as the Police Chief for the City; and other matters related thereto.

4. Ordinance 2016.419 – First Reading

An Ordinance adopting amended boundaries of municipal district lines from which members of the City Council of the City of Lake City, South Carolina are to be elected; and other matters related thereto.
