Call to Order

Dave Valentino called the meeting to order at 7:43 pm.

Approval of Minutes from Prior Meeting

Minutes from meeting held on March 16th, 2016 were adopted. Motion made by Stephanie Johns, seconded by Paula McCombie.

Treasurer’s Report

Treasurer’s report was circulated. Motion to approve made by John Elias, seconded by Joe Helsing. Report adopted.

Entrance Plantings

Planting should begin May 26th, 2016.

Mulch – Beach

Dave Valentino presented an estimate from GLC for adding mulch at the beach for $2,475.00. John Elias made the motion to approve and Paula McCombie seconded.

Social Nights

The following dates were set for social nights at the beach:

June 17th

July 15th

August 19th

Additional dates to be set in the future

Architectural Committee

John Elias provided a plan for work at 22 Liberty for review by the architectural committee.

Motion to adjourn meeting was made by Dave Valentino and seconded by Joe Helsing. Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 pm.
