Individual Awards for the League for 2017/18 will be for first 3 Seniors (Male/Female) and first 3 in each age group –U17/U20/Seniors/35 (including M35)/40/45/50/55/60/65/7/75/80.
Teams- For 2017/18 as a trial, in the Men’s Division 2 only 4 runners will score (not the previous 6). Six men will still have to score in Division 1. Women remain unchanged.
Final Fixture – Subject to gaining approval from the school the last league fixture at Oswestry will start one hour earlier (i.e. Women 1pm; Men 1-45pm) to allow for presentations afterwards.

First race 10-30am. Registration from 9-30am Entry on the day £3 per fixture
Athletes must run in 3 or 4 races to receive a participation memento.
As in 2016 Junior races will be run from oldest to youngest with the exception of the final fixture when the timetable will be reversed. First races 10-30am
