Chapter 3.2.04 Update of the financial reporting with new companies, mergers or liquidations

NEW LEGAL COMPANY
This document comprises the information required by Group Reporting and Consolidation to be able to update the financial reporting system.
  1. Establishment of a new legal company, mergers or liquidations and name changes (of all companies that are not sales and production companies) must be approved by FGT and the BA Financial controller.
  2. Fill in the required information below and send it to Group Reporting and Consolidation/Monica Källstrand.
  3. Reporting system request is made by Group Reporting and Consolidation and the appropriate change is completed.
  4. "Entity list" in Financial Reporting Policies and Procedures is updated by Group Reporting and Consolidation.
  5. The "Company List" on the Intranet is updated by Group Holding/Olof Nyman.
  6. Detailed reporting requirements regarding the effect of the change must be agreed with Group Reporting and Consolidation.
