Frequently Asked Questions
v Where do you meet with potential new customers?
v We can meet at a coffee shop, your home or mine, I also have a meeting place setup at a venue, The Yolanda Ranch and at Firehouse Entertainment.
v Do you have a preferred vendors list?
v Yes, this includes bakeries, venues, photographers, party rentals, DJ’s, carriage rentals and makeup artists. This list is provided to you at our contract signing.
v Have you ever had anything unexpected happen and how did you handle the situation?
v Yes, last year ten minutes prior to pre-ceremony the DJ’s iPad quit working with no time to have it replaced. I keep the pre-ceremony and ceremony music for each wedding as a playlist on both my iPhone and my android tablet, so he plugged in my iPhone to his equipment and no one, especially the bride, knew there was a problem.
v What is a Wedding Emergency Kit and can I use it?
v The kit is exactly that, an emergency kit, I keep many items in it just in case. There are always, cotton ball, band aids, q tips, small sewing kit, safety pins, hem tape, coloring book , crayons(washable) bleach pen, breathe mints, antacid, bobby-pins, Tylenol, Advil and a backup cake cutter and server plus many other item.
v Yes, It is there for your use.
