Duties:
- Preparing invoices, booking supplier invoices into the Axi system.
- Preparing and bookingthe petty cash into the excel sheet and Axi system.
- Preparing and booking cheques in the bank A/C.
- Preparing WeeklyCheque and Transfer Payment.
- Handling the Bank Statement & Bank Re-conciliation.
- Preparing Adjusting Journal Entries.
- Preparing monthly Crew Payroll and Crew Timesheet.
- Assisting Audits.
