Duties:

  • Preparing invoices, booking supplier invoices into the Axi system.
  • Preparing and bookingthe petty cash into the excel sheet and Axi system.
  • Preparing and booking cheques in the bank A/C.
  • Preparing WeeklyCheque and Transfer Payment.
  • Handling the Bank Statement & Bank Re-conciliation.
  • Preparing Adjusting Journal Entries.
  • Preparing monthly Crew Payroll and Crew Timesheet.
  • Assisting Audits.
