You will be notified about the admission status to the School promptly after the application form is received. You will also receive a reply form from the course administrator, where payment instructions and other important course details will be provided. Please do not make any travel arrangement or any payments until your application has been accepted.
Upon acceptance of the application, you will be asked to pay a deposit fee of 200 Euro in order to hold your place in the course. The deposit fee will be deducted upon the full payment of the course fee.
Accommodation
Accommodation is in a double room; however, a small number of single rooms are available at an extra charge on a first-come first-served basis. The castle offers accommodation both inside and within walking distance. Choices can be made only on a first-come first-served basis. Please read carefully the hotel accommodation form and fill it in according to your preferences. This form contains important information regarding lodging expenses. Please notice that the hotel accommodation form must be sent to the School Education Administration, which will in turn send it to the Hotel administration.
Transportation
Pick up shuttle buses are available at the airport at selected times and fees are 30 euros per person, per leg. In the Hotel accommodation form you are kindly requested to compile the last page of the form and email / mail it to the Hotel when you know the details of your trip.
Moreover, you should inform the Hotel whether you want to use the pick-up service.
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes only the course fee.
The final deadline for registration is 31 May 2008.
Course Fees depend on whether the applicant is currently a student at an accredited university, and on the timing of enrollment, according to the table below.

The extra course fee for attending each Stata course is 200 Euro.
Visa
Participants are responsible for obtaining a visa to Italy, if necessary. The School urges applicants to contact the course administration as early as possible, if they require an invitation letter.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation postmarked or faxed before 1 June 2008 will entitle the applicant to a full refund of the tuition. A cancellation postmarked or faxed after this time, but still before the start of the course, will entitle the applicant to receive a 70% refund of the tuition. In both cases the deposit fee will not bee refundable. No-shows forfeit the full tuition. Cancellation must be made in writing. In the unlikely event that a course(s) needs to be canceled, the School will make this decision as early as possible and will notify the students. In no event will the School be responsible for costs incurred by canceled travel reservations.
